Your Role
As Duty Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and helping us achieve our business goals. You’ll be a hands-on leader, supporting staff, maintaining high standards, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support staff during shifts

Handle customer and employee concerns professionally

Oversee venue operations including cleanliness, maintenance, and efficiency

Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations

Monitor and report on monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals

Collaborate with management to improve processes and policies

Enforce company policies and standards

Train and onboard new team members

Conduct regular staff check-ins to ensure satisfaction

Schedule and oversee maintenance and cleaning

Supervise events and functions to ensure smooth execution

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a Duty Manager or similar leadership role

Hospitality industry experience preferred

Strong customer service and team management skills

Knowledge of cash handling and basic bookkeeping

Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities

Availability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays

RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gambling) certifications
