We are now on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Duty Manager to join our dynamic leadership team and help us continue to deliver outstanding guest experiences..

About the role:

Oversee daily operations across all venue areas, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Maintain a strong floor presence, supporting both the team and guests.

Coordinate restaurant reservations

Provide training and development opportunities for staff

Assist with stock control, rostering, and reporting.

Ensure compliance with licensing, RSA, and workplace safety requirements.

Assist the management team in driving venue targets, promotions, and events.

About you:

Skills and Experience:

Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor, Duty Manager, or similar role in a fast-paced venue.

Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Hands-on approach with a positive, can-do attitude.

Flexibility to work various shifts (morning, evening, weekends)

TAB experience will be highly regarded

A la carte dining experience will be highly regarded

Certifications:

NSW RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)

NSW RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gambling)
