We currently have full-time and casual opportunities available for a House Manager and a Duty Manager – ideal for experienced hospitality leaders or aspiring supervisors ready to take the next step.

House Manager

Full-Time

As House Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our clubhouse, bar, bistro, and front-of-house areas. You’ll lead a dedicated team, maintain exceptional service standards, and ensure smooth coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage front-of-house operations across food & beverage, events, and customer service

Lead, train, and support staff to uphold service excellence

Roster management and stock control

Liaise with the kitchen, golf, and accommodation teams for seamless service delivery

Maintain compliance with licensing, safety, and hygiene regulations

Ideal Candidate:

Strong leadership experience in hospitality or club environments

Hands-on, approachable, and solutions-focused

Strong knowledge of TAB, KENO, Gaming and Food Safety Standards

Holds RSA, ARCG, and First Aid certifications

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Duty Manager

Full-Time or Part-Time

As Duty Manager, you’ll support the House Manager/Operations Manager and step into a leadership role during shifts. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their leadership skills in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee shift operations, ensuring excellent customer experience across bar/gaming, catering and functions

Support and supervise staff during service periods

Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner

Perform opening/closing procedures, clearance and cash handling

Ideal Candidate:

Previous supervisory or shift management experience in hospitality

Positive, can-do attitude with a strong customer focus

Strong knowledge of TAB, KENO and Gaming

Holds RSA, ARCG, and First Aid certifications

Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
