The Role

We are seeking a Supervisor (Operations/Site Focused)to join our leadership team and ensure smooth project delivery from paperwork through to site completion.

This position works in partnership with our Admin Supervisor as part of a shared Supervisor Master Role- balancing office preperation and site operations (including some hands on involvement). You will oversee day-to-day operations on-site, run a tight schedule for multiple new home builds, and ensure projects are delivered saftley, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilites

Manage day-to-day site activites, trades, and staff.

Run a tight schedule across all new home builds, ensuring milestones are meet.

Conduct site inspections and maintain saftey compliance.

Co-ordinate with office based supervisorsand support staff to align site progress with documentation, variations, estimating, and permits.

Relay non-admin site updates back to the office team for client communication.

Provide weekly progress reports and highlight risks or delays early.

What We Are Looking For

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in residential building.

Strong leadership and trade co-ordination skills.

Excellent scheduling and time management skills.

Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and saftey standards.

Ability to communicate clearly with trades, consultants, and the office team.

A proactive, team-first approach to delivering high-quality homes.

Flexibility to adapt to an ever-changing work environment, responding quickly to challenges and shifting priorities.

A knowledge of the Buildxact program is a bonus but not essential.
