What You’ll Do

As our RAPID Growth Manager, you’ll be trusted with big responsibilities from day one:

Win business – Generate new clients through outreach, site visits, networking, and social media.

Build relationships – Earn respect quickly and become a trusted partner for small and medium construction businesses.

Run the show – Help manage the daily operations, oversee the team, and make sure things get done.

Grow the brand – Contribute to marketing campaigns and represent RAPID in the industry.

Drive results – Keep a sharp eye on KPIs and performance, and report regularly to the Directors.

Think like an owner – Bring proactive ideas and operate with the mindset of someone building a business, not just doing a job.

Who You Are

We’re not after a clock-watcher or a 9–5 mentality. We want someone who’s:

From a construction or trades background (carpentry, roofing, cladding, supervision, project management)

Estimating experience is a must – if you’ve done takeoffs, quoting, or project costing, you’ll stand out immediately

Possibly run their own business or led a team before

An outstanding communicator – likeable, straight-talking, pragmatic

Tech-savvy and comfortable working with systems

Self-driven, ambitious, and proactive — the type of person who makes things happen

Naturally earns trust and respect, especially from other business owners
