This is a stand-alone, hands-on role leading the HR and culture strategy for Zoom’s internal management and support staff across Australia. You’ll work directly with the General Manager of Operations and senior leadership team to build capability, drive engagement, and foster a high-performance culture aligned with our “Make People Matter” philosophy.

Your Role

Partner with leaders to develop and deliver internal people and culture initiatives.

Oversee onboarding, performance development, and leadership capability programs.

Manage HR policy, compliance, and employee relations matters.

Lead engagement and wellbeing activities that strengthen internal culture.

Develop frameworks for recognition, retention, and professional growth.

Provide strategic and operational HR advice to management and senior executives.

You’ll Bring

4–7 years’ experience in HR, People & Culture, or leadership development (ideally within a fast-paced, service-based organisation).

Strong understanding of employment law, Fair Work, and HR compliance.

Ability to build trust and influence at all levels — from operations to senior leadership.

Proven experience developing people initiatives that enhance culture and performance.

A self-starter, hands-on style — you roll up your sleeves and get things done.
