About Us
Screwloose IT is a fast-growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) delivering IT support, telecommunications, cloud, and cybersecurity services. We’re looking for a Senior IT Support Technician (Level 2/3) to join our Osborne Park office and help us deliver outstanding support and project outcomes to our clients.
The Role
This is an office-based role where you’ll provide escalated IT support, deliver infrastructure projects, and contribute to security initiatives including Essential 8 compliance. You’ll also gain hands-on experience with ThreatLocker, Sentinel One, Cisco and other leading security platforms.
What You’ll Do
Provide Level 2/3 support across Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows Server & networking.
Support Essential 8 or CIS security controls and client compliance.
Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Microsoft Intune & SharePoint.
Perform server migrations, upgrades, and patching.
Perform cloud migrations including Exchange, Active Directory & File Server.
Troubleshoot networking issues (Cisco CLI experience desirable).
Support and maintain ThreatLocker & Sentinel One endpoint security.
Support Data Loss Prevention initiatives including sensitivity labels, MS Purview & Safetica.
Work on IT projects such as Windows 11 rollouts and client upgrades.
What We’re Looking For
Strong Microsoft 365, Intune & Windows Server experience.
Knowledge of Group Policy, AD, DNS, DHCP & backups.
Familiarity with ThreatLocker, Sentinal One or other security tools.
Understanding of Essential 8 cybersecurity framework.
MSP background and excellent troubleshooting skills.
Certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, Linux) highly regarded.
