About the Role

You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality IT support and infrastructure solutions to our clients—both remotely and on-site. From network design and server deployments to cloud migrations and cybersecurity monitoring, you’ll work across a broad range of technologies and industries.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide remote and on-site support for workstations, servers, and network infrastructure for sites ranging from 5-400 users

· Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues

· Design and deploy network and server infrastructure (Windows Server, Hyper-V, Azure)

· Support cloud environments including Microsoft 365 and Azure

· Monitor and respond to cybersecurity incidents

· Maintain documentation and contribute to process improvement

· Deliver clear updates and reports to clients and stakeholders

What You’ll Need

Essential:

· 3+ years experience in a Systems Administrator or Senior Support role (MSP experience preferred)

· Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

· Excellent troubleshooting skills across workstations, servers, and networks

· Extensive knowledge of the following
- Datto RMM,
- Windows Server (AD, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, RDS, IIS, SQL)
- Virtualisation (Hyper-V/VMware)
- Microsoft 365, Exchange, Azure
- Network hardware (Cisco, Fortinet, Ubiquiti)
- ITGlue, Autotask

· Willingness to work after-hours when required

· Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel to regional client sites

Desirable:

· Fortinet NSE4 certification

· Strong documentation and multitasking skills

· Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
