Level 2 Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 support across desktops, servers, network, and cloud environments for clients

Tackle and resolve escalated issues from Level 1 with precision

Support deployment and configuration of systems and services

Work alongside technical leads to implement solutions and maintain documentation

Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 3 years in a Level 2 or similar support role, ideally within an MSP

Proficient in Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals

Experienced in imaging, backup systems, and endpoint management

Familiarity with Azure, Intune, and cybersecurity principles is advantageous

Strong written and verbal communication

Valid Australian driver’s licence and reliable transport required

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft 365 certification (e.g., MS‑900)

IT-related tertiary qualification (e.g., Diploma or degree)
