Temporary Desktop Support Analyst (2 months)

We're seeking an experienced Level 2 Desktop Support Analyst to support a short-term project focused on computer changeovers and end-user support. This is a great opportunity to bring your technical know-how and customer service skills into a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote support for end-user devices (Windows & MacOS).
• Assist with computer changeovers, software installation, and configuration.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Support lifecycle and asset management activities.
• Deliver excellent customer service across all support channels.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in end-user computing support (Level 2).
• Strong understanding of Windows 10/11, MacOS, Active Directory, Office365, device management software, and antivirus tools.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus.
• Relevant IT qualifications or equivalent experience.

Desirable: ITIL v3 Foundation or related industry certifications.
