Opportunity

We are seeking a IT Support Technician to support our growing customer needs, in a role that has long term potential and an exciting chance to develop with the company.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly and effective IT Support to SME clients by phone, email, remote access and onsite visits.

Support predominantly Microsoft Windows Operating Systems but also Apple Mac, popular mobile devices and tablets, such as iPhone, iPad and Android based devices.

Support various versions of Microsoft Office and related applications.

Assist in supporting client Core Business Systems.

Administrate, maintain and support Windows Server, Active Directory and Hyper-V.

Administrate, configure and support Microsoft 365 for business.

Support and setup servers, desktops, laptops, mobile phones, tablets, networking devices, such as Internet routers and Wireless Access Points.

Configure and support Veeam backup solutions.

Configure and support a suite of security solutions.

Configure and support 3CX phone system.

Update, improve and develop internal systems and documentation.

These tasks are not exhaustive and the role requires flexibility to adapt to the jobs at hand.

Skills and Experience

Essential:

Excellent all round IT knowledge.

Diploma, degree or industry recognised qualifications in computer science, information technology or equivalent.

Experience in a similar IT Support role.

Beneficial:

Web and app development experience.

Microsoft Entra and Intune experience
