Your new role

As a Desktop Support Officer, you will be responsible for delivering Level 1 and Level 2 support both face-to-face and remotely. You'll be the go-to person for end-user technical issues, ensuring smooth operations across hardware, software, and network services.

Key Responsibilities

• Hardware support: desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices
• Software support: Windows 11 OS and applications
• Basic network troubleshooting: Wi-Fi and VPN

• Provide Level 1/2 Desktop Support (Face-to-Face and Remote)
• Log and manage Interactions, Incidents, and Service Requests
• Track and resolve issues in collaboration with the Global Service Desk and Resolver Teams
• Install, configure, and support end-user equipment and devices
• Coordinate with hardware service providers for warranty repairs and replacements
• Assist with minor projects including floor moves, relocations, and reshuffles
• Provide Unified Communications Support for events and townhalls (Webex, Microsoft Stream)

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in a Level 1/2 IT support role
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11, hardware troubleshooting, and basic networking
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience supporting corporate environments is highly desirable.
