Your new position:
This is a full-function Accounts Payable role where you will take ownership of the end-to-end process. You will manage invoice processing, reconciliations, supplier management, and payment runs, including FX and overseas transactions. This position will suit someone with strong attention to detail who enjoys variety and accountability in their work.
Key responsibilities include:

• Full-function accounts payable management
• Processing domestic and international supplier invoices
• Managing weekly payment runs, including FX and overseas payments
• Performing account reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
• Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships
• Supporting month-end close and finance reporting

About you:

• Proven experience in full-function Accounts Payable
• Exposure to FX and overseas payment processes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel
