Customer Service Officer

Fixed Term Contract for 12 months – 2 days per week

Relationships Australia WA is a leading provider of relationship support services to the West Australian community with professional and highly motivated staff.

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer with a positive attitude to join our team at Midland. This position is a two days per week role for a fixed term of 12 months. The role offers a competitive salary with the opportunity of salary packaging and contract extension.

Key responsibilities include:

Being the first point of contact to greet clients and answer incoming calls

Scheduling appointments

Invoicing, billing and receipting payments

General administrative tasks to assist the smooth running of the location.

Skills and experience required include:

Excellent communication skills for face-to-face and phone customer liaison

Ability to work effectively in a busy environment, handling multiple simultaneous demands with a high level of accuracy

Advanced computer skills including competent use of Microsoft Office, CRM customer database and telephone system

Ability to work cooperatively within a team and independently as required

Provide general administrative support within the policies and best practice to ensure the continued delivery of high-quality services
