About the Role:
You will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service, overseeing reservations for our five venues, managing guest feedback, coordinating travel arrangements and scheduling rosters.
You will be based at Three Blue Ducks' Head Office in Rosebery and will coordinate reservations across 5 restaurants with the goal of maximising bookings and ensuring the accurate inputting and processing of all reservation information with the highest of service standards throughout the reservation process.
More than just reservations, your role will play an integral part in the guest experience and will lend a hand to set the venues up for success.
You will also play a large part in supporting our events team in organising outstanding and unforgettable events. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door for a future role in events, for the right candidate.
*MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKDAYS, SOME WEEK NIGHTS (latest 8pm) & WEEKENDS.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering general enquiries via phone and email, providing prompt and helpful responses to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Managing the backend of the Seven Rooms Booking System for general & group bookings
As the first point of contact for event enquiries, you will field initial requests and pass them on to the relevant Event Manager for each venue, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
Addressing and managing customer feedback, ensuring a positive guest experience by resolving issues promptly and identifying areas for improvement.
Managing the venue booking systems, forward-thinking on the most efficient utilization of the system to meet business objectives
Communicating across departments regarding upcoming reservations and event needs.
Coordination of flights, accommodation, and transport for staff within the company
Website Updates (Menu Changes, Trading Hours etc)
Updating Listings on Google Trip Advisor, Yelp & Google Maps
Processing Payments using Eftpos for Event Bookings
General Ad-Hoc Duties & Administrative support to all departments of all Venues
About You:
Past experience in hospitality administration - specifically restaurants and event support, preferred but not essential
Thorough understanding of Sevenrooms is prefered, not essential

This is a busy and varied role with connections to all departments across our group. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with guests will be the key to success in this role.
