Office Administrator – Professional Services Firm
Full-Time | In-Office Bundall
We are working with a leading professional services firm to find a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join their team. This is a varied and fast-paced role that combines front-of-house reception duties, general office administration, and support for the internal Talent Acquisition (TA) team.
While experience in an accounting firm is not required, candidates with administrative backgrounds in legal, real estate, or other professional services are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage reception duties, including greeting clients and handling incoming calls
- Provide administrative support across the office
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team with scheduling, documentation, and general coordination
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous administration experience in a professional environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and other internal systems
