Description

Drive new business development by identifying and securing equipment hire opportunities across construction, mining, and industrial sectors.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.

Collaborate with branch teams to deliver seamless customer service and avoid conflicts between territories.

Prepare and submit competitive project pricing and tenders to win profitable work.

Actively monitor local projects, tenders, and industry activity to generate leads and build a strong pipeline.

Contribute as a team player, supporting other branches and fostering a collaborative sales culture.

Profile

Proven sales or business development experience in equipment hire, OEM, or related industries.

Strong ability to sell value over price, with a track record of building trusted, long-term customer relationships.

Commercially astute with experience pricing and winning project-based business.

A collaborative team player who works well with branch teams and avoids friction across territories.

Resilient, self-motivated, and capable of driving new business growth while managing existing accounts.

Well-networked within construction OR infrastructure sectors is highly desirable.
