About the Role Medilaze Surgical are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to lead growth across our medical device portfolio in Queensland. This role is pivotal in driving sales, building strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence—particularly within surgical and hospital settings.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

Build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, and hospital procurement teams

Identify new business opportunities and nurture long-term client partnerships

Deliver product presentations and clinical support in theatre environments

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience

What You'll Bring

Proven success in medical device sales or healthcare business development

Minimum 5+ years of medical device sales experience required

Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills

Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

Experience in Urology and Lasers is a significant advantage

Ability to work autonomously and regular travel as required

Multi-state travel required for territory management and client meetings

Australian work rights are required for this position
