Employment Type: Full-time - 2 month contract
Salary: $35 - 38PH + Super

Position Overview
The Accounts & Administration Officer plays a vital role in supporting the financial operations of the organisation. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate financial processing, timely reporting, and compliance with internal controls and relevant legislation. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within the finance team.
Key Responsibilities
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain the general ledger
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Monitor cash flow and prepare forecasts as required
Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and relevant legislation
Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors as required
Maintain and update financial records and documentation
Respond to financial queries from internal and external stakeholders
Participate in system improvements and contribute to process efficiencies
Key Selection Criteria
Essential:
Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in financial system Microsoft Dynamics 365 DC and Strong Microsoft Excel experience
Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Strong organisational and time management skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
