What You’ll Be Doing

• Taking ownership of projects from start to finish
• Coordinating site supervisors, trades, and apprentices
• Planning, scheduling, and problem-solving to keep projects on track
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders with professionalism
• Managing costs, materials, and timelines to deliver smooth project outcomes
• Ensuring works meet Australian standards and company policies

What We’re Looking For

• Cert III or higher in Carpentry, Shopfitting, or Joinery
• 2+ years’ post-trade experience
• Previous Site Supervisor (or similar) experience
• White Card & Driver’s Licence
• Strong communicator, organised, and thrives under pressure
