Team Leadership:
Lead, motivate, and support project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Responsible for employing or terminating site labour staff where necessary.
Quality Assurance:
Implement and enforce company systems, policies, and procedures.
Ensure Site Supervisors complete all paperwork correctly (time allocations, productivity records, time sheets, ITPs, toolbox talks, etc.).

Monitor budgets and expenses, maintaining cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
Other Compliance:
Ensure all site activities comply with relevant building codes and industry standards.
Oversee ordering processes, ensuring only required paint and materials are purchased.

Communicate with clients and builders professionally on RFIs, delay notices, and project queries.
Confidently interpret and work from finishes schedules, SOWs, drawings, and mark-ups.
Carry out additional duties as directed by Senior Management.

Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, preferably with painting/rendering/finishing trades.
In-depth knowledge of building industry standards and regulations.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Highly organised with excellent problem-solving ability.
Able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
