We are on the search for a dedicated, energetic Senior Draftsperson who must have 5+ years’ experience in single storey residential construction, to join our dynamic team in a full-time capacity.

Requirements of the role

5+ years’ experience in single-storey drafting in the residential building industry.

Comprehensive building and construction knowledge

Have a thorough understanding of Local Government Planning Policies/Developer Guidelines, Building Codes of Australia, and R Codes

Ability to interpret DAP’s, LDP’s, Structure Plans, Covenants, etc.

Advanced skills in ArchiCAD, previous experience with 4D Library preferred.

Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail and accuracy
