Coast Homes was established in 2015 and quickly developed a reputation for delivering great looking, well-built family homes. Running a design and construct model, we bring together our designers with our construction team, to ensure the best possible design outcome for our clients, while maintaining buildability and meeting the budget requirements for their homes.

We are a client-focused business and work hard to maintain a collaborative and enjoyable relationship throughout their home building journey. We are currently seeking an experienced Draftsperson to join our team. This role would be suited to someone with experience in custom two-storey house drafting, in the mid to upper-level markets.

In your role you will be responsible for the following:

Providing CAD(Archicad) drawings for statutory approvals and construction.

Ensuring drawings comply with relevant building codes and Australian Standards.

Update construction drawings as required due to client construction variations, local government feedback, and engineer design requirements.

Reviewing our house builds with the construction team to continually improve drafting efficiency and practicality.

We are looking for someone who has:

5+ years of two-storey drafting experience within the Perth residential construction market.

A focus and discipline to work unsupervised.

Experience using Archicad/4D library
