Our client is seeking a talented Draftsperson to join their Working Drawings team, where you will play a vital role in bringing clients’ dream homes to life. You will be involved in drafting custom homes up to $1.6 million, collaborating closely with engineers, contract drafts people, and the broader team to deliver high quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce accurate and detailed working drawings for single and double storey custom homes
• Work closely with engineers and contract draftspeople to resolve design challenges
• Apply strong problem solving skills to create practical, buildable solutions
• Ensure compliance with building codes and company standards

About You:

• Previous experience drafting two storey residential homes is advantageous
• Excellent attention to detail and a solutions focused mindset
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Knowledge of local building codes and standards
