We're Daniel Cassettai Design, a boutique residential design studio specialising in custom luxury homes and small residential developments. With a close-knit team of seven we take a collaborative, and genuinely supportive, approach to design.

We're on the lookout for a talented Draftsperson to join our team. The role is ideally suited to someone currently working in high-end project homes who's ready to take the leap into bespoke, one-of-a-kind residential projects.

What you'll do:

Draft and document custom luxury residential projects up to $4m, and small residential developments (townhouses/apartments)

Collaborate closely with our team of drafties, inhouse interior designer and external consultants

Contribute to the design process with your technical know-how

Ensure compliance with NCC, BCA, and relevant Australian Standards.

Help us deliver homes that are thoughtful, contemporary, and enduring

What we're looking for:

5 + years' experience in residential drafting (high-end project homes or custom homes)

Proficiency in ArchiCAD (must have)

Experience with 4D Library would be helpful

Strong eye for detail and construction knowledge

A team-first attitude — we're all about collaboration and support

Salary based on experience level. From $90,000
