The Role

Our client is seeking an Lawyer/Associate or Senior Associate with 2 - 8 years experience to join their highly ranked Planning & Environment team. You will work with both public and private sector clients on matters. These matters include:

• Undertaking advocacy in the Land & Environment Court
• Planning appeals
• Working on enforcements, judicial reviews, prosecutions
• Providing advice in relation to developments, contaminated land and heritage sites
• Providing advice on environmental regulation
• Advising on major property developments

About You

To be successful in this role, you will exhibit the following:

• 2-8 years experience
• Experience in Planning& Environment Law (gained from with private practice, in-house or government environment)
• Desire for a long-term role where your contribution is valued
• Eagerness to deepen expertise and build your profile in the environment & planning space
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
