About the role:

• You will regularly assist with merit appeals, class 4 proceedings in the Land and Environment Court, compulsory acquisition and planning agreements.
• You will advise and represent property developers, certifying authorities and public sector organisations.
• You will experience working in a diverse range of litigious and advisory work.

The ideal candidate:

• Associate/Senior Associate (2-7 PQE).
• Relevant Australian Legal Qualification/Admission.
• Previous Planning and Environment experience from a well-known private practice team, government authority or in-house role.
• Strong communication skills, a team player, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
