A boutique Parramatta law firm is seeking an experienced Property, Wills & Estates Solicitor to join their office. The firm is highly regarded for its property and estates work and provides a collaborative, supportive, and traditional office-based environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer who enjoys working independently and managing matters end-to-end.

Salary and Features of the Position:

• $130,000–$160,000 + super for the right candidate
• Office hours Monday–Friday, 9–5; excellent work-life balance

About the Firm:

The firm specialises in:

• Conveyancing and all property transactions, including leases and business purchases/sales
• Wills, Estate Planning, Powers of Attorney, Deceased Estates
• Business Law, corporate and commercial matters

Clients include first home buyers, property developers, real estate agents, banks, mortgage brokers, surveyors, and developers of residential, commercial, industrial, and large-scale urban renewal projects.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years’ PAE in Property Law, Conveyancing, Wills, Estates, Powers of Attorney, or Enduring Guardians
• Ability to manage matters end-to-end with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills, professional, and client-focused
• Friendly, polite, and collaborative approach
