Key responsibilities

• Manage a well-structured portfolio as the main point of contact for renters and rental providers
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and expert advice
• Oversee lease renewals, rent reviews, compliance, and portfolio performance
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve outstanding results

About you

• Experience in property management (preferred)
• Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Team-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Current Victorian Driver’s Licence and National Police Check
