We’re looking for an Operational Support – Team Member to join our Sydney-based Operations team. In this role, you’ll be at the centre of our service delivery, making sure our technicians are where they need to be, when they need to be there.

This is your chance to play a key role in ensuring our clients receive the high-quality service they rely on, while working alongside a supportive and dynamic team.

What you’ll be doing

Coordinate and schedule breakdowns, preventative maintenance, and service work.

Allocate jobs based on technician skills, location, and availability.

Manage incoming service requests via phone, email, website, and CRM.

Monitor live job progress and adjust schedules in real-time.

Keep accurate and up-to-date information in our CRM/scheduling software.

Work closely with service leaders, technicians, and stakeholders to align priorities.

Ensure compliance with technician certifications, safety requirements, and booking rules.

What we’re looking for

Experience in scheduling, coordination, or customer support (service/technical industry experience is a plus).

Familiarity with scheduling or CRM platforms (e.g., AroFlo, HubSpot, or similar).

Excellent time management and multitasking skills.

Strong communication and problem-solving ability, with a customer-first mindset.

Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
