Strong technical background, preferably with experience in digital signage or related fields but not essential
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to non-technical users
A team player with a customer-first mindset
Be responsible and eager to learn
Fluent in both English and Mandarin required
Tasks & responsibilities
Provide top-tier technical support to our clients, ensuring seamless operation of their digital signage systems
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both remotely
Digital signage software template design and content editing
Android and Windows OS install and set up
Collaborate with our development and sales teams to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and technical procedures
Web design knowledge is desired but not essential
