The Role
We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and organised front of house team member to be the welcoming face of the office. You’ll provide day-to-day support to the team while building your skills in real estate administration.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist clients, visitors, and suppliers with a warm, professional approach
• Manage calls, emails, and office enquiries
• Provide admin support to the property and sales teams
• Coordinate appointments, meeting rooms, and office presentation
• Assist with events, marketing materials, and database management
• Ensure smooth daily operations in a busy office environment

What You Bring

• Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer-facing roles
• A friendly and confident manner with excellent communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the real estate industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with real estate software a bonus)
