Commercial Sales & Leasing Agent – Clayton

Responsibilities:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, and investors

Prospecting for new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals

Managing commercial leasing transactions from listing to negotiation and close

Handling property sales campaigns, including appraisals, marketing, inspections, and negotiations

Staying up to date with market trends to provide accurate advice to clients

Delivering outstanding customer service while achieving and exceeding sales targets

About you:

Previous experience in commercial real estate, property sales, or leasing (preferred)

A strong sales drive with proven negotiation and relationship-building skills

Current real estate license or willingness to obtain one

Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills

Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented

Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle

Benefits:

Competitive base salary $70,000–$80,000 plus uncapped commissions

Generous commission structure with OTE $100,000–$150,000+ and no cap on earnings
