We are looking for a Technical Support & Operations Specialist to join our team and play a key role in our internal processes and team support.

This position is a unique blend of technical expertise and operational coordination. You will be instrumental in supporting our sales team, ensuring smooth communication between departments, and maintaining compliance across our installation projects.

What You'll Be Doing

Act as the primary technical support for the sales team, providing expert guidance on solar and battery system specifications.

Coordinate between departments (sales, admin, logistics, and technical) to ensure a seamless workflow.

Conduct audits of installation bookings to ensure all project documentation and compliance requirements are met.

Provide direct technical assistance to customers, helping them resolve issues with their solar systems and navigate monitoring platforms.

Collaborate with manufacturers and field service partners to manage warranty claims and resolve hardware issues.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Strong technical background in solar or battery systems, including experience with troubleshooting and system monitoring.

Familiarity with major inverter and battery platforms like Sungrow, Sigenenergy, FoxESS, SolaX, and more.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical information for both sales professionals and customers.

A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills for auditing and coordinating tasks.

Experience with networking basics and their relation to solar system connectivity is a plus.
