The Role
As a Kitchen Training & Operations Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Franchise Partners. Your main responsibilities will include:

Operational Excellence: Conduct regular operational audits and provide actionable feedback and training to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all cafes maintain Stellarossa’s high standards in kitchen operations, food service, health and safety, and mise en place.
Training & Development: Deliver training to upskill Franchise Partners and their staff, focusing on kitchen operations and compliance with brand standards.
Business Growth: Assist Franchise Partners in implementing strategies to boost their operational performance and achieve their business goals.
Problem-Solving: Provide solutions to operational challenges and support Franchise Partners in implementing best practices.

What We’re Looking For
Experience:

Previous experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a cafe or franchise setting, is preferred.

Experience in a hospitality environment is essential, with a minimum 2 years hands-on experience in cafe or restaurant kitchens. Multi-site exposure is preferred.

Extensive experience as a Cook is essential. A Chef qualification is preferred.

High degree of Emotional Intelligence

Flexibility: Willingness to travel within South-East QLD to support various franchise locations as well as some travel to regional locations (expenses paid).
