We are seeking an experienced RTO Manager to lead our team, manage compliance, and drive growth through strong relationships and effective operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to make a real impact on our business and the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance.

Manage and support trainers, assessors, and the administration team.

Maintain and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including industry partners and third-party training providers.

Drive growth by developing and expanding our third-party training network.

Monitor and improve quality assurance, learner experience, and operational efficiency.

About You

Proven experience in RTO management, compliance, or senior training coordination.

Strong understanding of ASQA standards and VET Quality Framework.

Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.

Commercial mindset with a passion for growing partnerships.
