Are you a seasoned HR professional looking to make a meaningful impact in a values-driven organisation? We're seeking a dynamic HR Manager to lead and shape the HR function within a growing aged care provider. Based in the Homebush area, this is a permanent role paying up to $140k plus super managing a small HR team.

Your new role

As a key member of the senior leadership team, you'll be responsible for both strategic and operational HR initiatives. This is a hands-on role that will see you partnering closely with executives to drive workforce engagement, retention, and compliance across the organisation.

• Lead and deliver generalist HR activities across the full employee lifecycle
  
• Drive workforce planning, labour forecasting, and employee relations strategy
  
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding, performance reviews, and career development
  
• Ensure compliance with WHS, workers' compensation, and return-to-work processes
  
• Coach managers in performance management and employee engagement
  
• Design and implement HR processes to support organisational growth
  

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years in a senior HR leadership role, ideally within aged care or a related sector
  
• Strong generalist HR skill set with experience across the full employment lifecycle
  
• Excellent knowledge of Australian employment law
  
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead change
  
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Flexible, collaborative, and committed to fostering a high-performing culture
