About the Organisation:

We are partnering with a reputable Australian brand who are on the look out for an experienced HR Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation known for its creativity and collaborative culture, where your strategic input and operational expertise will be genuinely valued.

About the Role:

Based in Central Sydney, you’ll work closely with the Senior Leadership team and will be responsible for shaping and executing the full spectrum of HR activities, with a strong focus on fostering a positive employee experience and supporting business growth through effective people strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing & implementing HR frameworks, policies & procedures
• Managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Overseeing performance management, employee relations, and exit procedures
• Providing expert HR advice
• Enhancing HRIS capabilities and streamlining operational processes
• Leading strategic HR projects

About You:

To be successful in this role you will bring:

• Ideally 6/7 + years’ experience in a similar HR Generalist/ Manager
• Strong drive, motivation, creativity & ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• The ability to coach & mentor senior leaders
• Excellent communication skills & an influential style across all levels of the business
