We’re looking for a passionate, reliable, and experienced Chef to join us from the ground up and help shape our kitchen and menu.

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day kitchen operations

Create and refine a breakfast and lunch menu

Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation

Manage food ordering, stock rotation, and minimising waste

Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant kitchen

Train and supervise kitchen staff as the team grows

Work collaboratively with owners and the front-of-house team

Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene standards

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years of experience as a chef in a fast-paced café or restaurant

Creativity and passion for food, especially brunch and café-style dishes

Strong leadership and communication skills

High standards of cleanliness and organisation

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Reliable, calm under pressure, and solutions-focused

Understanding of cost control and food margins
