Opportunity exist for a strata assistant at a fast growing strata management agency in Norwest Business Park.
Responsibilities
Working Monday to Friday, your duties include:
Initial point of telephone and email contact for owners, agents and service providers.
Manage repairs and maintenance process.
Prepare correspondences and meeting agendas/minutes.
Manage portfolio compliance (AFSS, Insurance, Work Health & Safety, Minute books etc).
General Admin tasks.
Candidate
Enthusiasm for customer service.
Excellent written and oral skills.
Must be team oriented.
Sound resilience trait.
Prior strata or real estate office experience an advantage but not essential.
