Our client is a well-established boutique Strata Management company with a great reputation in the industry. They manage large schemes across the CBD and Eastern Suburbs of Sydney and are renowned for their customer centric approach and superior customer service.
The roles and responsibilities of the successful candidate will include:
- Providing administrative support to the Director & another Senior Manager
- Liaising with clients, tradespeople, and other stakeholders
- Managing and responding to emails, phone calls and other correspondence
- General Administrative tasks
- Arranging meetings, booking venues and preparing agendas
- Compiling and maintaining records of accounts
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
To be successful in the role as PA/Assistant Strata Manager you will require:
- Prior experience within Strata Management
- Certificate of Registration in Strata
- Keen eye for detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Professional and friendly personality and a can-do attitude
