Are you an experienced Executive Assistant looking for a change? This is a unique opportunity to work alongside a family-owned business in the Hospitality Industry. The Oates Family own and run three successful venues across the Riverina and are looking for an executive assistant to provide administerial support and assistance.

About the role

As the executive assistant, you will be responsible for providing executive administrative support services. You will be someone that is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks effectively.

Manage, prioritize, screen and gate keep the diary, email inbox, phone calls, meeting preparation and travel arrangements of the CEO & at times the Venue Managers.

Day- to- Day administrative tasks

Diary Management

ADHOC tasks and errands as required

Schedule & Facilitate Weekly Management Meetings, record minutes from the meeting, assign tasks and follow-up to ensure tasks are completed

Processing payments, invoices, and expense claims

Support internal system support and integration.

Project Management

What you will need to succeed

Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite

Experience in using Xero, Lightyear and related HR systems.

Skills that can be adapted to meet the needs of people from all education levels, language abilities, and ethnic origin.

Highly organised, planning needs to be your thing!

Strong communicator
