As part of the Accounts team, you’ll be a critical part of our business and focused on delivering an exceptional level of service to our customers who can be from small business owners running a single café to large hospitality clients managing numerous 5 star venues.

As one of the first points of contact on the phone for our customers, you’ll be responsible for:

Processing billing for customers;

Creating delivery and collection exception reports;

Entering the details of new and amended contracts into our finance system; and

Creating and distributing delivery information to the drivers so they have the correct information to meet the customers’ expectations.

To be successful in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate the following key skills and experience:

Experience in a similar role e.g. Accounts all-rounder, Property Management Assistant, Accounts Receivable Administrator or Receptionist

Intermediate MS Office skills, including Outlook and Word;

Working knowledge of a computer-based finance or accounting system like MYOB or SAP (highly regarded but not essential)
