An outstanding opportunity has come available for a Receptionist/Registration Clerk to join our Five Dock dealership across LDV, Ram & Used Cars.

We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Receptionist/Registration Clerk to be the welcoming face of our dealership. In this role, you’ll manage vehicle registrations and provide essential support across the dealership.

Main responsibilities include:

Greet and interact with all customers/visitors warmly, to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere

Maintain a clean and organised reception area

Manage incoming calls as well as responding to emails efficiently and professionally, ensuring they’ve been directed to appropriate departments

Provide administrative support and ensure smooth operations of the dealership

Support sales team to achieve targets by working with the team to meet supply and demand

Processing vehicle registrations, transfers, and other paperwork accurately and efficiently

Maintaining detailed records and ensuring all documentation is kept up-to-date

What we are looking for:

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry

Impeccable attention to detail

Knowledge of vehicle registration processes and procedures would be highly desirable

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a high level of customer service

A current driver's license is a must

Permanent full Australian work rights

Must be willing to provide/obtain a criminal history check
