This role is mainly suitable for someone looking to gain an all-rounder experience in an administrative role, as it will require you to learn a wide range of duties such as;
Answer phone calls and direct inquiries professionally
Assist office staff with compliance and correspondence
Inputting data to the companies ERP system
Providing support for various office management duties as required
Handle general administration and reception duties
What We’re Looking For:
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Remain calm with challenging customers and situations
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good attention to detail and organisational skills
Basic proficiency Microsoft Office (word, excel, Outlook, etc.)
Works well with others
You’ll be joining a close-knit team with lots of support and training. Our modern office is located in Alexandria with street parking.
