A fantastic opportunity has become available to work within a luxury car dealership in the Sutherland Shire as a Registration & Admin Clerk, working as part of our Admin & Sales Departments.
Reporting to the New Car Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Assisting the Registration Clerk with processing vehicle registration documents and payments of all Company & Customer vehicles
Data entry of completed registration and insurance details and payments
Assisting the Stock Controller with ordering and sourcing of new vehicles, including vehicle costings
Providing general administration support to the Admin & Sales teams and relief of specific roles, as required
Meet and greet clients and customers upon arrival and offering refreshments
Receive and redirect calls and enquiries for the sales and finance teams
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
Proven Vehicle Registration and DMS experience in Automotive Industry (highly desired)
Business Administration Diploma or Certificate (preferred)
Knowledge & strong skills in administrative and clerical procedures
Demonstrated experience in an administration and/or customer service role
High-level planning, time management and organisational skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Conscientious and self-motivated with a strong eye for detail
Ability to perform calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to build positive ongoing relationships with all stakeholders
Confident computer skills and the ability to pick up new systems
Committed to providing exemplary customer service and always willing to go the extra mile!
This is a Full-Time role, between the core hours of 8.30am to 5.00pm on Monday to Friday. Full -time availability is non-negotiable, you must be available to be considered for this role.
Previous Automotive Industry experience in a similar role would be highly regarded, however, applicants with relevant experience in other industries are encouraged to apply.
