About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our clients role as an Entry Level Sales Representative in Surry Hills, NSW. As a full-time Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality sales and customer service to our clients and candidates. Our collaborative and supportive team environment provides the perfect setting for you to grow and develop your sales skills.

What you'll be doing

Prospecting and building a pipeline of new clients through cold-calling, networking, and lead generation

Qualifying potential customers

Providing an exceptional customer experience throughout the sale process

Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

Enthusiasm and a genuine passion for sales and customer service

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

The ability to work well in a team and independently

Excellent time management and organisational skills

A driven and competitive nature with a desire to succeed

Preferably some experience in a sales or customer-facing role, but not essential
