Our client is a highly reputable Strata Agency. They are on the lookout for a standout Strata Manager to join their award-winning team! Our client has been around for many years who have a dedicated team to ensure the best service is provided to all Customers.

The Position, but not limited to:

• Managing a mixed-use portfolio of residential & commercial low-maintenance complexes
• Liaising with owners/tenants
• Arrange quotations, repairs and maintenance for works required
• Running AGM's
• Periodic inspections
• Support from an Assistant + Admin support

The Criteria:

• Experience managing your own portfolio in strata
• Current property manager reg and valid driver's license
• Really outgoing, friendly and enthusiastic personality
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to build new and maintain existing relationships
• An excellent understanding of relevant compliance requirements
• Have excellent time management skills
