About the Role

This role is ideal for someone with strong business services experience who enjoys client interaction, leadership, and working in a supportive, team-based environment. You will work across a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and SMEs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing financial statements and income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts, and companies
• BAS, GST, and FBT preparation
• Analysing financial data to identify tax minimisation opportunities and assist clients in growing their businesses
• Liaising with the ATO on client matters
• Supporting tax planning, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting
• Meeting lodgement deadlines
• Mentoring and reviewing the work of junior team members

What We’re Looking For

• At least 4 years’ experience in Australian tax and business services
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business or equivalent
• CA or CPA qualified or near completion
• Proficiency with Xero and MYOB
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset
• Organised, proactive, and eager to grow professionally
