Are you passionate about creating vibrant communities and enriching lives? Providence Lifestyle Group, an award winning developer of lifestyle resorts for over-50s living, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Resort Manager for our Piara Waters Lifestyle Resort. The role also includes finalising the development of the resort with some project management co-ordination for approximately 6 months.

Role Overview:
As a Resort Manager, you will be instrumental in encompassing daily operations, homeowner engagement, and community management.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the final development phases, including site works and construction progress (approx. 6 months).
A primary role of providing an exceptional experience for our 400 onsite clients, being over 50 with no children living with them.
Work with the community to manage expectations, advocate for our clients and work within Providence core values.
Develop strong relationships with homeowners, contractors, builders, and local authorities.
Continue with community management and maintaining a strong rapport.
Ensure that homes are installed and landscaped according to the resorts aesthetic and streetscape vista standards.
Support the sales team by interviewing prospective homeowners to ensure that they are fully informed and the right fit for the community.
About You:
Strong community/property/strata management to continue to engage our client base.
Ability to quickly develop rapport.
Strong emotional intelligence.
Proven experience in resort management, property development, or a similar role is highly desirable.
Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee construction and development activities.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
Helpful if proficient in using project management and resort management software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite. Experience using RMS, MYOB, and Monday.com is well regarded.
Knowledge of local regulations, health and safety standards, and industry best practices.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks in a dynamic environment.
